Kris Otuafi: Reinstall the printer. Then when you print check that it is default printer and also that it is clicked in the print dialog box before you print your docs. I have had the same kind of trouble with Lexmark. After I did this it was fine. It is a little temperamental!!
Wilfredo Muldoon: Click the "page layout tab", in the ribbon select "orientation" and change it to PortraitIf that doesn't work try selecting the entire document and changing it to Portrait, maybe there are sections inside forcing it to Landscape
