Ewa Homrich: A cold air intake and exhaust system is about all you can do unless you want to drop serious cash on a turbo. Problem is you are not going to get much out of it. A cold air intake and full exhaust will probably run you about $1000 and you might get 10 horsepower out of it. That car was not designed with performance in mind and the motor and transmission have very weak internals. They cannot take the abuse that a performance car demands. That car was designed for comfort and fuel economy.
