Antonia Mogg: Sounds kind of unhealthy. Liquid diets are not advisable. Eat regularly. The best diets consist of 1/3 meatproducts, 1/3 dairy products and 1/3 vegetables and fruit. Eat regular, small meals 5-7 times a day and use more energy than you eat, and drink lots of water. That way you will drop fairly fast, and become healthy at the same time. It both looks good and feels good :)
