How will gay marriage destroy heterosexual marriage?Isn't divorce wrecking marriage?

Mickey Isle: So many normal marriages are on the rocks, I think people just get jealous seeing a happy gay couple.

Gerardo Greist: I don't know that it strengthens the case for gay marriage to say that it isn't as bad as divorce. It's like saying theft isn't as bad as murder and we have lots of murders so why bother about theft?

Ira Porietis: It won't. That excuse is pulled right out of the right wing's collective asss.

Mohamed Szollosi:

Sharron Salin: Yeah, that's annoying.

Catheryn Small: What really wrecked her marriage is that she was in a lavendar marriage. She has since come out as being gay herself.

Hal Palowoda: You can give me a kiss

Coleen Carignan: Gay marriages cannot destroy straight ones.Since it is only straight people who give birth to gay people, perhaps they should stop getting married and reproducing, and they won't have to worry about gay marriages. Then again, did you honestly think those illogical people cou! ld think logically and give you a logical answer?...Show more

Palmira Lochridge: Edith, it took 500 years to put slavery in the USA to an end. So I suspect that gays are in it for the long haul as well.

Marjory Stromme: No, because once she breaks the kiss she starts the bl0w job

Maurice Breuning: It won't, the Christians say that as part of their desperate efforts to keep control of peoples private lives and maintain their influence on secular society. The arguments they make against same-sex marriage are, almost word for word, the same as they made against both inter-religious marriage and inter-racial marriage. Life-long heterosexual monogamy has never been one of the more successful forms of marriage that has been tried, quite the contrary, that is why divorce and infidelity have always been so common, the only difference is that today people are no longer ashamed of it. That is also why increasing numbers of heterosexual couples are choosing to sk! ip the ceremony and just live together. If people want to sav! e marriage then they are going to have to modify it into something that people actually want as opposed to something their grand parents said they ought to want and wrote laws to enforce....Show more

Curtis Josef: aw >.I promise I will definitely give an extra kiss next time. =P

Ileen Oshell: It won't do anything bad to it at all. I doubt that two men marrying each other in Massachusetts will suddenly make a man and a woman in Texas get a divorce.

Cristopher Gavalis: if two same-gendered people getting hitched destroys your marriage, maybe you shouldn't have gotten married. isn't marriage supposed to be indestructible or something?

Monroe Rainey: the mrs.: i don't buy it, it just pisses me off.

Nestor Klan: Ha! I'm thin and I LOVE it and the men love it too! But I live in LA where you can never be too skinny. ;)Don't worry, its just to make fat people feel better about themselves.

Troy Staton: Gay marriage has little, to no affect on ma! rriage. Marriage is being destroyed mainly by stacked divorce courts and feminism. "weakening" marriage is just an excuse that christian fundies use to deny people rights.

Cliff Jacoby: I believe in it but I don't like a lot of mess. You insulted me on one of Fergie's questions and I have never even spoken to you once online. Nor have I answered any of your questions. So to keep down the bs I just blocked you and others who like to keep s*** started.EDIt: But like the majority of the peeps on here I'm sure you'll bypass the block anyway, so does it even matter?...Show more

Simona Bulwinkle: Victoria - it would be nice to know what I did. I don't even remember talking to you.

Lissette Semon: I KNOW WHAT THE HELL?!!?!!!!?!?1

Russel Gajate: I personally think marriage is defunct and as a gay man I shall never consider getting married when it becomes legal.I do however think gay people are entitled to EXACTLY the same rights as straight people and that i! ncludes getting married if they want to - in church or wherever.

! Luther Plagmann: My marriage would not be at risk if gay marriage were legal. Why would I worry about somebody elses marriage, gay or straight. I think that all people should have the right to marry anyone they want to.

Joellen Zorrilla: And she decides to, gently pull your shirt to bring you in closer... But then all of a sudden, you can feel her sloooooowly breaking the kiss... But you clearly want more, and as you feel her lips leaving yours... She's gently pushing your chest away, until BAM! Kiss done... She smiles and then leaves you like: -____- or. >.BQ: Ladies... Y U Kno Finish Kiss?! >....Show more

Armanda Hertel: In the original blue laws for the Colony of New Haven (what became Connecticut) drawn up in 1665 it states: "No gospel Minister shall join people in marriage; the magistrates only shall join in marriage, as they may do it with less scandal to Christ's Church." Now the blue laws were comprised by Gov. Theophilus Eaton wit! h the assistance of the Rev. John Cotton. Religion even then realized that marriage was a legal state and not necessarily a religious one. Connecticut realizes to not offer marriage to all is discrimination which is why we are one of the few states where same sex marriage is legal....Show more

Rayford Latz: I have been really upset lately because i have heard on tv, read in magazines, and even seen on GWS that women without "curves" aren't real women...i have alot of self confidence, but who is anyone to tell me that i am not real because i don't have extra fat? What's the deal? I excersise ev. day and eat right, to maintain my weight, and get really ticked off when I see this..i am a woman and i can prove it!anyone else out there not curvy? anyone fed up too? can anyone explain this?...Show more
